II Ukraine Financing Forum 2026, a high-level gathering of international financial institutions, development finance institutions, export credit agencies, international banks, and leading Ukrainian corporates focused on financing Ukraine’s economic recovery and growth.
The forum will bring together senior decision-makers involved in structuring capital flows into Ukraine – from IFI programmes and ECA facilities to private equity, infrastructure finance, and defencerelated
investments.
Alongside representatives of global financial institutions and major Ukrainian companies, the forum will also include senior representatives of the Government of Ukraine responsible for economic policy, financial regulation, and investment promotion.
The discussion will focus on a central question: How is capital actually deployed into Ukraine today – and what must change for larger-scale investment to follow?

The inaugural Ukraine Financing Forum brought together over 100 representatives of Ukrainian businesses, international financial institutions, banks, state-owned companies and foreign embassies.
The forum served as a practical platform for dialogue between Ukrainian corporates and key players in the international financing ecosystem – including IFIs, DFIs and ECAs.
Discussions highlighted a growing interest from international investors in Ukrainian projects, with increasing attention to both debt and equity financing, as well as the availability of specialised financing facilities and advisory programmes.
An important takeaway was the evolving role of foreign embassies and their economic departments in facilitating connections between Ukrainian businesses and international partners.
